In 2016 I travelled to The Mason & Hamlin Piano Factory in Haverhill, just outside Boston in the USA.

The trip was to learn how to install PianoDisc systems. These an aftermarket system that effectively turns your piano into a player piano. Using a tablet to control it, you can make the piano play any music you like, including adding other instrumentation and vocals through the speaker system.
